• Presentation: 6:20-7:00pm
• Chapter: 7:00-7:20pm

Buffet Dinner 

• Crispy Wonton Tacos (braised chicken, pickled red onion, fennel slaw, cilantro, lime)
• Seared Sea Scallops (bacon jam, spicy tomato glaze, wilted greens)
