Frank Falcone, PA,P.E., D. WRE. Capt. USN (Ret.), Director of Professional Development and Experiential Education at Villanova University.  Among many other topics, Professor Falcone teaches Engineering Ethics at Villanova.

Dave Goswami, P.E. - Chairman and CEO of IPS in Blue Bell, PA.  Mr. Gaswami has more than twenty-four years experience in facility desing and engineering for hi-tech, high-performance facilities.

We will also have a representative fromthe Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers to discuss the PSPE's Ethical Standards.

Moderating the discussion with be Mark Terzigni, SMACNA's Director, Engineering and Technical Resources.
